Taurus Folk are, reliable, hard-working, dedicated and can be very, very stubborn… Don’t be fooled by their laid back manner and endless patience, they have a “stick to it” attitude that can out do the other signs, and they rarely ever quit once committed…

Taurus is ruled by the planet Venus, who is all about luxury, beauty and money…. So Taurus folk are likely to be attracted to fine  food, good drink and expensive material possessions…

Happy Birthday Taurus have a fabulous day and an awesome year ahead….

  • Special birthday wishes go out to
  • Nicole K,
  • Emma,
  • Jessie,
  • John K,
  • Pat…
  • And to all who celebrate a birthday during this sign.

Those most influenced under this sign change are those who have the following in their birth chart or who’s progressed chart has the following.

Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra… Some fun times could be ahead in the romance department… but if you are looking for all sweetness and butterflies, you could be disappointed… Aries (ruled by Mars) is upfront and likes things happening in the moment… it’s not about what has gone before, but rather what is possible right now… Watch the budget, we could be prompted to spend impulsively now... 💖

Astrology and how it affects our daily life: Mercury into Aries April 2019

Astrological Event:

Mercury Moves into Aries

Date(s): April 16 2019 to May 7 2019 (PT) April 17 2019 to May 8 2019 (ET)

What does it all mean?

Mercury is all about the mind… how we think… he is also the messenger and therefore relates to how we communicate… He rules over transportation, technology and innovation… He is the ruler of the signs Virgo and Gemini and is associated with the 3rd and 6th houses.

Aries is a fire sign, he likes action, he can be heroic or selfish. Aries is ruled by the planet Mars, the most masculine planet of the horoscope.

  • We can have less patience, so some of us may get frustrated when attempting to get our point across to someone less enthusiastic to our cause.
  • Speaking our mind is easier, but care should be taken when the conversation involves a “hot topic”.
  • Some folks are going to expect instant answers to their queries and questions, or instant solutions, which may not always be possible. Patience is encouraged when dealing with situations requiring solutions or answers.
  • Innovative ideas are possible. Under this influence our thoughts are explorative, so it’s a good time to ask questions and learn about things that may be interesting.
  • It’s a great time to share ideas with like-minded folks. And for some it could be a good time to put some ideas into action.
  • Communications, travel and technology may all take on a “hurried” sensation.
  • For fire sign people, (Aries, Leo and Sagittarius) and those who have fire signs in their charts, are encouraged to be careful while speaking, driving and using dangerous equipment… less haste, more care is suggested.
  • While we may all be touched by the Influence of Mercury in Aries, those with the following chart placements will feel the influence more.
  • Mercury in Aries
  • Mars in Aries
  • Sun in Aries
  • Moon in Aries
  • Midheaven in Aries
  • Ascendant in Aries
  • Any Aspects to Mercury

In astrology, the moon is connected to our emotions and reactions… how we are feeling on a given day may well be influenced by the sign that is visiting the moon… Each sign stays with the moon for up to 2.5 days…. 🙂

The Moon Void-of-Course:

There are times throughout the month when the moon isn’t fully immersed in any sign… this is when we say the moon is Void of Course… and when this occurs, we may feel “foggy” and “unfocused” … We may not be sure how we are truly feeling about a situation or a person…. Therefore it is not recommended that we make long-term commitments or important decision’s while the moon is Void of Course…. However there are 4 signs in the zodiac which may prove positive during the Void-of-Course moon…

Good for Void-Of-Course Moon:

These v/c signs may prove to be quite productive times.

    • Try not to worry about things you have no control over, especially things that might not ever happen… Because Virgo “see’s” all the details others miss, it’s hard for her not to worry…
    • It’s good to keep busy during a Virgo moon, make lists, tidy, organize, plan, find solutions to problems… a lot can get done now
    • Virgo can be more critical than the rest of the zodiac, but only because she so need things to be “correct” or “perfect”. Try to give yourself and others a break over the next couple of days. • House(s):. 1st house of the Self.
  • Opportunity Period: April 13 @7:14 pm (ET) 7:14 pm (PT) to void of course late in the evening of the 14th. Roll up your sleeves and get down to business, a lot can be accomplished now.
  • **NOTE** Sunday April 14th is Palm Sunday

What does it all mean?

  • The Leo Moon may enjoy drama, or become over dramatic over little things.
  • The Leo Moon loves to noticed and recognized, so be prepared to “pump up” your loved ones and if you happened to have a Leo influence in yourself, be aware of how you may be going about getting recognized or appreciated… If you play your cards right this could be a positive time when you get to be where you need to be.
  • Try not to be overly “vain” and be prepared for drama at any-time from any direction
  • Try not to over react, and if it’s not you doing the over reacting, try not to get caught up in the drama, or to encourage the one doing the over reacting

  • In the 1st house. Our focus will be on ourselves, we may be more aware of how we appear to others. The Moon and Astrology: How it affects our daily life… Transiting Moon in Cancer & Jupiter goes retrograde… April 2019

Present Moon Sign/Phase/House:

Cartoon crab Stock Vector - 9106697
http://www.123rf.com: Yael Weiss
  • Date: April 10 2019
  • Moon Sign: Cancer at 11:31 pm (ET) 4:33 pm (PT)
  • Moon Phase: 1st
  • Void-off-Course: April 12 @ 7:33 pm (ET) 6:17 am (PT)
  • House: 12th house of institutions, fantasy and illusion (equal house system)
  • Opportunity Period: April 12 @ 4:02 pm (ET) 1:02 pm (PT) to moon into Leo the next morning. Nice time for a stroll… 🙂

What does it all mean?

    • The moon is happy in the sign of Cancer because she rules here.
    • We can be more nurturing when there is a cancer moon
    • Domestic chores and responsibilities may be easier to do now, in fact some of us may be very happy making our home comfortable and safe
    • Cooking may be fun to do now,  so go ahead and try out that new recipe
    • The more emotionally sensitive of us, may take offense or feel slighted or more vulnerable during the Cancer moon… Caution is advised though, check your facts before you “accuse”.
    • Some of us may feel needy, while others of us are happy to be the cuddler, helping our loved ones feel secure and in deed needed. Caution is advised that some of us can go over board on the needy thing during this moon period, so be careful if you don’t want to “scare” someone off…
    • It’s a time for cuddles, caring, good food and just plain old lovings… 🙂 Enjoy..
    • With the Transiting moon in the 9th house, we may be more inclined towards picking up a new subject, learning a new recipe, checking into house improvements and looking for a few days away to relax and unwind.
    • In the 12th house of fantasy, illusion and institutions. This is the house of Pisces. Some of us may be more emotional than usual, however, displaying or explaining our emotions may not be so easy… It’s a good time to spend alone, to reflect on the past and recognize our strengths and weaknesses… It’s a time to renew ourselves… Drama isn’t welcome, meditation and serenity is… 🙂 An opportune time to be creative and intuitive… we my dream more and feel more connected to our spiritual selves. Because Cancer is a domestic and sensitive sign, and the moon is at home in this sign, take care not over react to family/domestic situations, you may be seeing things from an overly emotional point of view… let logic have a look in on the situation too…;)
    • This moon sign will have more of an effect on those who have the following in their charts. And to a lessor degree… Those with strong Capricorn in their charts may also be affected
    • Moon in Cancer:
    • Ascendant in Cancer:
    • Sun in Cancer:
    • Moon in the 4th house:
    • Moon in the 12th house:
    • Aspects to the Moon:

Jupiter turns retrograde on the 10th of April, until August 11th.

When Planets go retrograde it usually means some challenges where the planet’s “power” is concerned… Jupiter is the “lucky” or expansive planet and is connected to the sign of Sagittarius and the 9th house.

During this retrograde cycle, Jupiter will visit with the 6th and then the 5th house. (Equal house system)…. While jupiter is retrograde, expansion and good luck are still possible, however, it will likely take more looking than usual to “see the opportunities around us” … Take this time to go over your plans, to view your future in a positive way, with plans to make things better, figure out ways to bring a more positive light into your world…

Exercise, diet and following the same old routine day in and day out, may not be so appealing. We can become restless and perhaps irritated at the “lack” of activity in our lives now. Being patient, while not always easy, is recommended under this influence, as is, keeping our ego under control. Being confident is a good thing, especially when we need to try something new, or we find ourself in an unnerving situation, however, being overly confident is not recommended. Folks should be careful when gambling or taking risks, things may look good, but under this influence they are unlikely to turn out exactly as planned. Children and pets may be around more often, and we will need to be engaged with them… Being creative may be slightly more challenging than usual… but don’t give up, it just means you may have to try a few times to get it right… 🙂

While this Jupiter retrograde cycle will have an effect on all of us, those with the following are most likely to be affected most directly.

Sun in Sagittarius

Jupiter in Sagittarius

Jupiter in the 5th or 6th house

Moon in Sagittarius

  • Void-of-Course: April 10 @ 1:27 pm (ET) 10:27 am (PT) to moon in Cancer late that night.
  • House(s) 11th house of groups, networking and team work.
  • Opportunity Period: None

What does it all mean?

  • Gemini is an air sign and needs lots of stimuli. She is ruled by Mercury.
  • The house connected to Gemini is the 3rd house of: day-to-day travel/affairs and siblings… we could find ourselves busy with multiple things going on, even if they are just in our own minds… 😉 Dealings with family, especially siblings, are likely.
  • We may find we are trying to do multiple things at once, which may not go exactly as we may have planned. If you do find you have tons of ideas spinning around in your head, take pen to paper and jot them down… it will ease the “inside chatter” and you may find some of them useful later on.
  • Could be lots of chit chatting going on, and some of us may have to make a concerted effort to listen instead of chat.
  • Caution is advised when doing up letters, emails and relaying messages, as much as we may think we have it right, it’s better to check one more time.
  • It’s a good time to get those lists and notes made up… we can feel good about putting pen to paper now.
  • Boredom may be at our door step and we may feel more restless than usual.
  • In the 11th house... This is the house of group/team work… it is also connected to community and humanitarian work. It is the house of Aquarius. If you need to get yourself out there, now is an excellent time to do so… In business for yourself? a round of networking may help you get to where you need to be. If you are volunteering your time and skills, double-check your calendar before committing, you may be eager to help and could end up over booking your time.
  • The moon in Gemini may be a positive time for: entertaining guests, getting a hair cut to discourage growth, mowing the lawn to retard growth and sending out mail.
  • This moon sign will have more of an effect on those who have the following in their charts.
        • Sun in Gemini
