What does it all mean?

  • Taurus needs emotional and material security, so we may find we are more interested in our financial affairs, and we may need to feel secure in our home and work environments.
  • This may prove to be a good time to make investments for the future or to begin plans for the next financially responsible phase.
  • Some of us may be feeling more frugal than usual, preferring to save our funds instead of spend them.
  • Taurus has lots of patience, making this an opportune time time to deal with people/projects/situations that take up more time than we would like.
  • Things that give us pleasure, such as comfort foods, wine, relaxing, good music and giving/receiving  are all things we may enjoy right now. It’s a FEEL GOOD moon sign. 😊
  • Keep your temper under check if you can, Taurus is very, very patient and it takes a lot to make her angry, but watch out once she has had enough, she will certainly let you know..
  • Take your time when the moon is in this sign, there is no need to hurry, and you probably won’t get very far if you do… so sit back and enjoy the ride… 🙂
  • This moon sign will have more of an effect on those who have the following in their charts. Those with strong Scorpio placements in their charts will also be effected.
    • Moon in Taurus,
    • Sun in Taurus,
    • Venus in Taurus

  • The New Moon is the perfect time to begin new projects.
  • Taurus is ruled by Venus, and one of Venus’s main concerns are relationships, Taurus’s main concerns are material and personal security. This may be a good time to begin new personal relationships. Connections with financial experts may be present, positive and workable relationships.

&

HOW IT AFFECTS OUR DAILY LIVES…

In astrology, the moon is connected to our emotions and reactions… how we are feeling on a given day may well be influenced by the sign that is visiting the moon… Each sign stays with the moon for up to 2.5 days…. 🙂

The Moon Void-of-Course:

There are times throughout the month when the moon isn’t fully immersed in any sign… this is when we say the moon is Void of Course… and when this occurs, we may feel “foggy” and “unfocused” … We may not be sure how we are truly feeling about a situation or a person…. Therefore it is not recommended that we make long-term commitments or important decision’s while the moon is Void of Course…. However there are 4 signs in the zodiac which may prove positive during the Void-of-Course moon…

Good for Void-Of-Course Moon: These v/c signs may prove to be quite productive times.

  • Cancer
  • Taurus
  • Sagittarius
  • Pisces…

Opportunity Periods

There are other periods throughout the month that are known as opportunity periods, when it can prove to be a positive time for most people, however if you have challenging aspects happening within your own chart you may not be able to make use of opportunity periods.

The Moon and Astrology: How it affects our daily life…Transiting Moon in Aquarius April 2024

 Present Moon Sign/Phase/House:

Copyright : Natalia Hubbert
  • Date: April 30 @ 11:20 am (ET) @ 8:20 am (PT)
  • Moon Sign: Aquarius
  • Moon Quarter: 3rd
  • Void-of-Course: May 2 @5:28 am(ET) @2:28 am(PT) to moon into Pisces later in the afternoon. Aquarius Moon v/c is not one of the 4 “good signs” Try not to make any important decisions or commitments now.
  • Opportunity Period: NONE

What does it all mean?

  • Aquarius is “different”,  ahead of his time and capable of thinking & “seeing” things in a different way then the rest of us.
  • Aquarius is ruled by Uranus, the planet of  shock and chaos.
  • We may feel may inclined towards kindness, especially on a “global” level or towards animals, the elderly and those worse off.
  • The time may be right to understand/learn about new technology.
  • This moon period can bring out the rebel in us, prompting us to try new things and or meet new people. Just take care not to “rebel” for the sake of it… 😉
  • Be careful not to break tradition just because one feels like being different as some may see it as one being “difficult”
  • Personal freedom and individuality is very important now. Partner’s try not to restrict each other’s movements. Parent’s it might be a tight line you walk now. Employer’s give your “worker’s” a little “slack”.
  • Being organized might not be as easy now, so expect weird schedule’s and interrupted meetings and misplaced keys.
  • Changes may be in the air…if you are o.k. with change, it’s possible to make long-term plan changes now..
  • Could be a good time for inventions, putting pen to paper is more appropriate at this time,  instead of going full steam ahead with concrete plans.
  • This moon sign will have more of an effect on those who have the following in their charts. And  those with a strong Leo placing in their charts.
  • The next few days may be positive for: Joining a club, borrowing money, fixing cars, hair care (colours and chemical treatments), moving, painting, pouring cement, starting a new job or new construction.
  • Moon in Aquarius
  • Sun in Aquarius
  • Uranus in Aquarius
  • Moon in the  11th house
  • Ascendant or Mid-heaven in Aquarius
  • Any aspects to the Moon or the sun .

NOTES:

  • April 20th: Jupiter and Uranus are in conjunction, this may be favorable for this Aquarius moon. (Uranus rules Aquarius)
  • April 30: Passover Ends
  • April 30: Mars enter the sign of Aries. Mars rules Aries, so he is comfortable with this visit. While this can mean some of us feeling brave enough to take on the worlds troubles, or stick up for ourselves and our loved ones… it can also mean a lack of sensitivity towards others and a sense of impatience, like one is always just about to pounce into action… A lot can get done with this Mars energy, but take care not to go plowing ahead without first checking the consequences… Take care re: finances, it’s easy to be overly generous with this energy swirling around, however, it may also be just as easy to be more than a little “frugal” … balance is recommended as much as possible… 🙂
  • May 1: Beltane or May Day: Wishing everyone fun Beltane and May Day celebrations…
  • May 2: Pluto the planet of regeneration, the unknown, death and re-birth, He makes the things happen that HAVE to happen… good or bad… Pluto goes retrograde every year for about 5 to 6 months… This is an excellent time to do some assessing or re-assessing of just about everything going on in our lives, and how we have been handling it all. It’s  great time to get honest with oneself and and just stop doing the crap that hurts us… use the next 6 months to “move away” from people, situations or things that have held you back or taken away your “power”. If you have been the power hungry one, be prepared to have yourself “knocked down a peg or two”… This is a time for reflection, to acknowledged change and prepare for the future. Pluto is an outer planet, and it’s influence can be national and global.

  • Moon Sign: Capricorn
  • Moon Phase: 3rd
  • Void-of-Course: April 30 @11:19am (ET) @8:19am (PT) to moon into Aquarius a minute later. Capricorn Moon v/c is not one of the 4 “good signs”
  • Opportunity Period: April 29 @11:45 am (ET) @ 8:45 am (PT) to moon void of course. “Very positive OP ideal for constructive and innovative projects, but Mercury is slow and the Moon is waning, so it is preferable to focus on work started before late March” (if possible) PB

What does it all mean?

  • Capricorn is business, duty and discipline. She is ruled by Saturn, the planet of restrictions.
  • We may be more in tune with our work/career or vocational direction.
  • Change may be more challenging to deal with, and we may be resistant towards it…
  • Being disciplined towards our “duties/chores” may be easier to achieve.
  • Dealings with the elderly may be in focus.
  • Dealings with “authority” types, such as teachers, principles, supervisor’s may be in focus. Being respectful of such positions may help to alleviate tension.
  • This could be a good time to get mundane business tasks out-of-the-way
  • If you have been waiting to get a “chaotic” situation under control, now may be a good time to do it.
  • Rules and regulations may be in focus, and depending on how you deal with these, it could be a favorable time or a stressful one.
  • Good time to watch, listen and learn
  • This moon sign will have more of an effect on those who have the following in their charts. And those who have a strong  Cancer placing in their charts.
  • Moon in Capricorn
  • Moon in Cancer (to a lessor degree)
  • Sun in Capricorn
  • Saturn in Capricorn
  • Moon in 10th house
  • Ascendant or Midheaven in Capricorn

NOTES:
  • April 29 @ 7:31 am(ET) @ 4:31 am (PT) Venus enters Taurus. Venus rules Taurus so she is very comfortable with this visit. Focus is likely to be on material and financial security, which may include a concentrated effort in securing ones own home or property, along with a serious look at the financial side of things. While spending is always on the agenda when Venus is in town, it won’t be surprising to see most folks becoming more selective on what and where they spend.
  • Mercury went stationary direct on April 25th… Situations will remain a little delayed, and communications can still become muddled until the Beg of May.

    • Sagittarius is the most “easy-going” of the fire signs and is ruled by Jupiter “the lucky planet” (NOTE: Jupiter/Uranus Conjunction began April 22, look for opportunities along the lines of growth in finances, security and ownership, take care not to be reckless)
    • We are going to want our personal freedom now, so take care partners who have a possessive or jealous tendencies, they might not be tolerated for the next couple of days.

The Moon and Astrology: How it affects our daily life… Transiting Moon in Libra April 2024

 Present Moon Sign/Phase/House:

  • Date: April 20 @11:08 pm (ET) @ 8:08 pm (PT)
  • Moon Sign: Libra
  • Moon Phase: 2nd
  • Void-of-Course: April 22 @7:24pm (ET) @:24pm (PT) to moon into Scorpio a few hours later. Moon v/c in Libra is not one of the 4 void off course “good signs” Relationship issues may not go as planned, leave the planning until after the V.O.C moon…
  • Opportunity Period: None

 What does it all mean?

  • Libra has a need for balance, indicating this moon period may be an ideal time to implement some into our daily lives.
  • A desire for justice may be present, dealing with issues that have upset our sense of justice may prove to be productive.
  • Diplomacy is likely to be more apparent during the next few days, and may be a good time to bring up that topic you have been putting on the back burner.
  • Hesitation is probably going to raise its head, we may see many sides of a story and find it difficult to make up our minds.
  • Difficulty in making commitments or long-term decisions, because we can’t make up our minds. If this is the case perhaps wait a few days until the moon has moved out of Libra.
  • Libra is happiest when in a relationship or partnership. Indicating this may be a good time to begin one.
  • Co-operation should be in the air, making this an ideal time to make plans with others.
  • May be a good time to improve our appearance and surroundings.
  • May be great time to go bargain hunting,
  • The Moon in Libra can be good for the following activities:
  • Beauty Treatments:
  • Buying Clothes:
  • Buying for speculation:
  • Collecting on debts:
  • Entertaining Guests:
  • Joining a club:
  • This moon sign will affect us all but will have more of an effect on those who have the following in their charts. Along with those who have strong Aries chart influences.
      • **Moon in Libra,
      • **Sun in Libra,
      • **Venus in Libra
      • **Moon in 7th house,
      • **Any aspects to the Moon or Venus
      • **Midheaven in Libra
      • **Ascendant in Libra

  •  NOTES:  “Happy 4/20 Day”

  • Saturday April 20th @ 10:27 pm(ET) @7:27 pm(PT) Jupiter in Taurus conjuncts Uranus in Taurus.
  • Jupiter (planet of expansion) rules Sagittarius he is connected to the 9th house of higher knowledge, new experiences and travel.
  • Uranus (planet of change and chaos) rules Aquarius, he is connected to the 11th house of teamwork, charity, organizations and kindred spirits.
  • A conjunction is a “neutral” aspect, it is neither positive or negative…
  • It takes approximately 14 years for the Jupiter/Uranus conjunction to occur.
  • Jupiter and Uranus are outer planets, they are further away and slower moving than the moon, mercury, mars and Venus. The influence of the aspect is slow growing and long lasting and will have a generational impact… Because the conjunction happens in the “chart of the moment” in the 6th house, the impact on a generational/global level is most likely to occur in the area’s of HEALTH and WORK in the service industries... Will there be a welcomed DRASTIC and UNEXPECTED change in these area’s? With Jupiter in the mix, could it be a POSITIVE change for us all… 🙂
  • On a personal level those with the following chart placements are likely to be “affected” the most: Taurus: Sagittarius: Aquarius.
  • Watch for: Opportunities for growth, to learn, to explore, for travel and expansion in whatever area of life in your chart this connection happens for you (for me it will happen in my 11th house). Because Taurus is well connected to our financial and material security, growth or sudden changes can happen in these area’s, hopefully, mostly in a positive way, however, the transition may be frightening in the beginning.
  • This is a slow moving transit... we may not see the opportunities in the very beginning… Jupiter is a very positive planet, full of laughter and ready to explore… However, that can sometimes mean that we go over board or push the boundaries to the very limit… and with Uranus in the mix, it could see some of us trying things we never thought we would try… the sky is the limit… Just take care not to go jumping in with both feet, always keep one foot firmly on the ground, Taurus, if you listen to her, will help that to happen.
