• Taurus needs emotional and material security, so we may find we are more interested in our financial affairs. 
• This may prove to be a good time to make investments for the future or to begin plans for the next financially responsible phase. 
• Taurus has lots of patience, indicating this could be a good time to deal with people/projects/situations that take up more time than is liked. 
• Things that give us pleasure, such as comfort foods, wine, relaxing, good music and giving/receiving “loving’s” are all things we may enjoy right now
• Some of us may be feeling more frugal than usual, preferring to save our funds instead of spend them. 
• Take your time when the moon is in this sign, there is no need to hurry, and you probably won’t get very far if you do… so sit back and enjoy the ride… 🙂

She is sensual, patient and concerned about personal security, comfort and finances. Much of the time her sense of security is linked to her finances, and assets, such as owning her own home. She can be stubborn, and there isn’t much hope of shifting her once her mind is made up. While she has tons of patience, she has a limit, it is best not to take her for granted for too long. • April 21: Mercury goes retrograde. Mercury will not be completely clear of his retrograde motion until May 24. However, from May 14 to 24 he will be less “cranky” as he turns direct on the 14th… 😊Mercury will be in the sign of Taurus during this retrograde “season”. Mercury rules Virgo and Gemini.. He is connected to our thoughts and the way we communicate. Taurus is ruled by Venus. Our thoughts may drift towards our personal comfort, security and finances. Mercury is the head of transportation, communication and technology, and when he goes retrograde, he can get a bit “sloppy” in these area’s, transportation upsets, especially in the area of electronics, communication mishaps, cell phones and lap tops acting weird are all possibilities as Mercury takes a “holiday” from his responsibilities. 😉So what can we do to move through this? We can’t stop things from breaking down, we can’t take back words that have been said, However, we CAN take a bit more care in how we move through day, we can make sure that the gas tank is full enough before we head out, we can decide to take the car in for that needed repair, we can check and double check our emails and texts before hitting the send button… and we can walk away from the lap top, computer, or machine, that is making us so frustrated because it refuses to work, no matter what we do, giving ourselves a well deserved break.😊😎 Those are the small things we can do to help us through, for the big things like horror travel issues, delayed or cancelled travel plans, broken or missing phones.. we can only lower our expectations while hoping for the best possible outcomes… And sometimes, the challenges faced, and changes that happen which are beyond our control, can turn out to be in our best interest. 😊

In astrology, the moon is connected to our emotions and reactions… how we are feeling on a given day may well be influenced by the sign that is visiting the moon… Each sign stays with the moon for up to 2.5 days…. 🙂 

The Moon Void-of-Course: 

There are times throughout the month when the moon isn’t fully immersed in any sign… this is when we say the moon is Void of Course… and when this occurs, we may feel “foggy” and “unfocused” … We may not be sure how we are truly feeling about a situation or a person…. Therefore it is not recommended that we make long-term commitments or important decision’s while the moon is Void of Course…. However there are 4 signs in the zodiac which may prove positive during the Void-of-Course moon… 

Good for Void-Of-Course Moon:

These v/c signs may prove to be quite productive times.

• Cancer
• Taurus
• Sagittarius
• Pisces…

There are other periods throughout the month that are known as opportunity periods, when it can prove to be a positive time for most people, however if you have challenging aspects happening within your own chart you may not be able to make use of opportunity periods.
