Astrological Event: Transiting Mars into Scorpio

What does it mean?

  • Mars is the male planet, he is action and can be aggressive, he can be rash and selfish, but also work in heroic ways to help us move forward, speak up for ourselves and others and pushes us to experience new frontiers. He is the ruler of Aries and corresponds to the head, the blood and the muscles. 
  • Scorpio is the most intense of the zodiac signs, she is ruled by Pluto, although Mars was regarded her ruler until Pluto was discovered
  • Mars and Scorpio are both very sexual and passionate signs, so watch out if you don’t want to add to the general population in 9 months… ;) 
  • Relationships could see some ups and downs, and some of us may find we jump into relationships before really figuring out what it is we want… Other’s may find the courage to leave an unhappy relationship… 
  • Anger, resentment, jealousy and envy are all emotions that may be close to the surface… it is sensible to think before speaking or acting for the next couple of months…Try not to jump to conclusions or make judgements before you know all the facts.

What does it all mean?

  • Aries is action, he is the most masculine of the Zodiac signs as he is ruled by the planet Mars
  • We should have slightly more get up and go when the moon is in Aries
  • We are happy to defend our loved ones
  • We are apt to speak up more, even those of us who consider themselves to be “timid” can find the voice they need right now. 
  • May be a good time to get your message across or to ask for what you need
  • Be careful when driving especially when upset or angry
  • We may be more susceptible to head injuries or head aches

  • Venus is the planet of money and beauty, she is the most feminine of the planets and is sometimes referred to as the “Goddess of Love” She rules Libra and Taurus.
  • Sagittarius is the most happy-go-lucky of the fire signs and is ruled by Jupiter, the “lucky planet”.
  • We are going to expect to have our freedom when it comes to money and how we look. 
  • It’s a good time to try something new and “freeing” with our appearance and the place we spend our “luxury” time in. 
  • Watch the wallet, we might get carried away trying to make everyone feel good and everything look good. 
  • Some of us may be very generous with our money and time now… just check to make sure you aren’t spending what you don’t have, especially if the purchase payment doesn’t come due for a while.
