- What’s There: This event is for folk of like mind, who enjoy yoga, meditation, drumming, healthy food and who like to get together to meet and greet… “5:00 p.m is yoga with Jake Mann *Bring your mats*: 5:45 p.m there will be a meditation followed by a short film leading into drumming so please bring your drums and percussion instruments and join in the fun…FOOD & CHAT begins:) Please bring a dish to share keeping in mind there will be no fridge or stove available on site. 6:30 p.m Lovely Mar Rafaela will be sharing her unique poetry in song form.”
