SGC gives thanks to Karen for her inspirational words, created in her “Messages from the Rose” Card Deck.
We don’t have a last name for Karen, she was one of our consignment family from when we had our physical store front, many years ago, We are grateful to have retained one deck of Karen’s cards, and we are delighted to share her positive outlook with you all.

- August 6th: The moon opposes Venus in Cancer @2:38 am(ET), opposes Jupiter in Cancer, Quincunx the Sun in Leo. The last aspect occuring at 4:53 pm (ET) @1:53 pm (PT).
- August 6th: Venus enters the sign of Libra, Venus rules Libra, so this is very comfy visit for both involved… However, it may mean that some of us catch the shopping bug, shopping for clothes, home decor, perhaps a new hair cut, a visit to the spa… Good time can be had, just don’t spend more than you can afford… and some lovely experiences can be had now.

- August 9th @3:55 am(ET) @12:55am (PT) the moon, while still in the last degrees of Aquarius becomes FULL. All of the traits of the moon in Aquarius will be amplified, bigger then usual… take care when it comes to taking risks or being “rebellious” Could be a fantastic time to finish up any technology projects. The Full Moon is the best time to get down to business and finish up all the little chores we may have on the go, of course, we can’t attend to them all, but at least we might be able to get some finished up. Aquarius is ahead of the curve in most things, and is quite capable of doing many things, so this could be a good time for something “new” to come to fruition, that may have been sitting in the back corner for the last little while. There may be a slight Pisces “flavor” to this full moon along with the Aquarius influence.

Inspirational words from “Messages from the Rose”
Hi Everyone: :)
When SGC was a physical store front, we were more than happy to help local folks hawk their wares in our store… We had a consignment program set up, mutually agreeable to us and the local provider.
One such item we had on consignment was a product called, “Messages From the Rose” A deck of lovely cards, each with inspirational messages to help guide one through the day. The cards were created by Karen, who’s last name escapes us.
We kept our store copy of these cards, and have been drawn to them throughout the years, especially, when needing extra guidance, during challenging times.
Here is portion of Karen’s words, shortened, taken from the paragraphs written on the packaging of the Cards.
Dear Friends:
The rose represents to me, the ultimate symbol of purity, compassion and love.
- The Blossom, represents the essence of our soul
- The stem represents our mental awareness
- The thorns are our fears and emotional challenges
- The leaves and branches are our strengths, courage and emotional joys.
These cards are put together with loving verses to help us live life in a gentle, compassionate manner
