For a few hours today, we could be feeling “blue” or perhaps we are trigged into feeling lonely, we can’t get the support that we need, and it’s bringing in all the other negative thoughts.. Luckily as the afternoon wears on, that heavy energy should shift, and we can find joy in the simpler things… it is not a good day to share our deepest secrets, as those receiving them may not have the same principals as you.
