Notes on Full Moon, Lunar Eclipse in Virgo:

  • Virgo is connected to service, to helping others, and to working…
  • She takes note of her health and worries about the health of others,
  • She takes note of all the little details missed by most of us,
  • She thinks of things that no one would think of, she worries more then the rest of us…
  • She can suffer from nervous strain, and may sometimes be called hyper…
  • The Full Moon is a good time to reduce our “bag” of non essentials, this can be people, jobs, situations our health, anything that is dragging us down or interfering in our path forward.
  • The Lunar Eclipse will amplify the “power” of this months full moon.
  • A Full Moon in Virgo will having us noticing every little thing, and might have us worrying over things that we have no control… don’t fret, just take things one step at a time. This Full Moon is likely to affect those with strong Virgo traits, and to a lessor extent, those with Pisces traits.

In astrology, the moon is connected to our emotions and reactions… how we are feeling on a given day may well be influenced by the sign that is visiting the moon… Each sign stays with the moon for up to 2.5 days…. :)

The Moon Void-of-Course:

There are times throughout the month when the moon isn’t fully immersed in any sign… this is when we say the moon is Void of Course… and when this occurs, we may feel “foggy” and “unfocused” … We may not be sure how we are truly feeling about a situation or a person…. Therefore it is not recommended that we make long-term commitments or important decision’s while the moon is Void of Course…. However there are 4 signs in the zodiac which may prove positive during the Void-of-Course moon…

Good for Void-Of-Course Moon: These v/c signs may prove to be quite productive times.

  • Cancer
  • Taurus
  • Sagittarius
  • Pisces…

There are other periods throughout the month that are known as opportunity periods, when it can prove to be a positive time for most people, however if you have challenging aspects happening within your own chart you may not be able to make use of opportunity periods.

  •  NOTES:  “Happy 4/20 Day”

  • Saturday April 20th @ 10:27 pm(ET) @7:27 pm(PT) Jupiter in Taurus conjuncts Uranus in Taurus.
  • Jupiter (planet of expansion) rules Sagittarius he is connected to the 9th house of higher knowledge, new experiences and travel.
  • Uranus (planet of change and chaos) rules Aquarius, he is connected to the 11th house of teamwork, charity, organizations and kindred spirits.
  • A conjunction is a “neutral” aspect, it is neither positive or negative…
  • It takes approximately 14 years for the Jupiter/Uranus conjunction to occur.
  • Jupiter and Uranus are outer planets, they are further away and slower moving than the moon, mercury, mars and Venus. The influence of the aspect is slow growing and long lasting and will have a generational impact… Because the conjunction happens in the “chart of the moment” in the 6th house, the impact on a generational/global level is most likely to occur in the area’s of HEALTH and WORK in the service industries... Will there be a welcomed DRASTIC and UNEXPECTED change in these area’s? With Jupiter in the mix, could it be a POSITIVE change for us all… :)
  • On a personal level those with the following chart placements are likely to be “affected” the most: Taurus: Sagittarius: Aquarius.
  • Watch for: Opportunities for growth, to learn, to explore, for travel and expansion in whatever area of life in your chart this connection happens for you (for me it will happen in my 11th house). Because Taurus is well connected to our financial and material security, growth or sudden changes can happen in these area’s, hopefully, mostly in a positive way, however, the transition may be frightening in the beginning.
  • This is a slow moving transit... we may not see the opportunities in the very beginning… Jupiter is a very positive planet, full of laughter and ready to explore… However, that can sometimes mean that we go over board or push the boundaries to the very limit… and with Uranus in the mix, it could see some of us trying things we never thought we would try… the sky is the limit… Just take care not to go jumping in with both feet, always keep one foot firmly on the ground, Taurus, if you listen to her, will help that to happen.

In astrology, the moon is connected to our emotions and reactions… how we are feeling on a given day may well be influenced by the sign that is visiting the moon… Each sign stays with the moon for up to 2.5 days…. :)

Focus is likely to be on relationships, making our surroundings beautiful. We may have to watch the budget as we are prompted to shop for the home, or visit places of beauty and inspiration. Traditionally the full moon relates to endings, things coming to fruition and or completion. Because Libra deals in relationships, and the full moon deals with the endings of cycles, it’s possible that some relationships will end under this full moon. This includes all types of relationships, and even if the change may be difficult to accept, it is likely that it will be for the best in the long ran. The Lunar eclipse enhances the “power” of the full moon.

When an eclipse happens it strengthens the influences, and will impact the house(s) involved on a deeper or longer lasting level. It is important that those who’s lives are affected more than usual during the Lunar Full Moon Eclipse take care when making commitments or decisions, keeping in mind the actions taken now may be have a lasting effect for the next 12 months. As the transiting moon is in Libra during this Lunar Eclipse, relationship issues and long-term decisions relating to such will likely be in focus.
