SGC Admin: A long time Whitby home is being relocated this weekend and will move along Cochrane, Dundas and Brock streets…
To see if and when you or your business may be affected please check the dates and routes below… (Sorry, I don’t see any times mentioned along with the dates). Please keep in mind it’s probably a slow process moving a house along roads… and patience is likely needed… :)

The Lynde house, currently located at Cullen Central Park will be relocated to 900 Brock Street at Burns Street over a period of 3 days:

SGC Admin: Heads up citizens of Whitby, :) Whitby Council is currently accepting applications from residents interested in the following committees: It’s a great way to get involved in the community, and if stress levels are kept to a minimum due to everyone working well with each other, it’s probably also very good for the soul… :)

The Deadline for application acceptance for either of these committees is:
December 22 2013

SGC Admin: This lovely medicine wheel is perfect as a gift or to add your to collection. Made in Canada by Monague Native Crafts, it truly carries the positive energy of its creators.
We apologize for the small picture… I have no idea why it came out this way… If you are interested in this product please email us for size dimensions if needed… it is the perfect size for hanging in a window. I am also having a problem attaching the pay pal button to this post… again we encourage you to email us should you wish to purchase this medicine wheel…

The Medicine Wheel is an important symbol in Native culture.
- The circle represents the cycle of life in that all life travels in a circular path.
- The spokes in the middle represent the four direction, the four colors of man and the four faces of man, (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual).
- The intention of this symbolic wheel is to bring good feelings and to serve as a reminder that we are one with our world and need to look after our home – mother earth
