The full moon happen’s on 18 October 2013.
As our Lady becomes full this month at 7:38 at the tail end of Aries, she will also become void off course until she enters into Taurus on October 19 at 3:27 am.
The Full Moon is the perfect time to finish up on projects and get those loose ends sorted out… Traditionally the Full Moon is not the best time to begin new projects… so don’t start a new exercise regime this weekend, chances are you won’t stick with it, wait for the New Moon to pop up again… 
The full moon will still carry with her the influence of an Aries moon, but it will be peppered with the influence of the Taurus moon.
The moon in Aries is bold, up for an adventure and not too happy to sit back and let things happen without putting in a word or two no matter who it might upset at the time. Boredom may take a hold regarding projects begun under the new moon and finishing them up now might not look like the most adventurous thing to be doing, but with some effort, encourage and support from others, it’s still possible to get them done. Watch out for starting arguments just to prove your point, or because you are feeling feistier then usual.
The moon in Taurus is sensual and secure at least that’s what she needs now. Its time to spend appreciating nature, listening to good music and eating good food. If change is required now, it’s not likely to go down too well, especially if its change brought about through something or someone beyond your control. Taking care of money issues may be in focus, or you could be unduly worried about a financial or residential situation. If changes do need to take place now against your will, it’s best to “grin and bear it” for the time being, resisting could cause added and unnecessary stress.

Aspects made to the moon will also have a stronger effect on some people. Negative aspects may produce challenging times, whereas positive aspects may produce windows of opportunity.
When the moon is void off course we can be unsure as to how we are really feeling about something or something, it’s therefore advisable to stick to routine tasks at this time. If any legal documents or long-term commitments are in the picture take care to make sure you understand everything that is involved before signing… Delaying important decisions and commitments is highly recommended when the moon is void off course…
Lunar Eclipse: October 18 2013 at 7:50 pm: Situations and relationship/partnership issues begun on a Lunar Eclipse may proceed for a longer time or have a stronger influence. It is important then, that decisions made and relationship/partnerships entered into under a full moon lunar eclipse influence should be carefully considered before any commitment is made.

The Meeting will take place on February 19 2013
Public Meeting to be held by the Planning and Development Committee of the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Whitby to consider draft recommendations to amend Zoning by-laws 2565, 1784 and 5581-05 to update the existing use permissions and zone provisions that regulate a home based business use in the Town of Whitby.
Objectives:
The objective and expected benefits from amendments to the home based business use permissions and zone provisions of the Zoning By-laws include:
- Updated and contemporary provisions
- Consistent and harmonized provisions throughout the Town of Whitby
- Improved clarity of interpretation and understanding of zone provisions
- Simplified arrangement of provisions allowing for enhanced customer service
Purpose of Public Meeting:
The purpose of this meeting is to provide adequate information tot he public and to permit interested persons and agencies the opportunity to make representation in respect of the draft Zoning By-law Amendments. If you are unable to attend the meeting, your representation can be filed in writing by mail or personal delivery to reach the Town of Whitby Planning Department not later then 4:30 pm on Monday, March 11 2013.
Interested persons may inspect additional information relating to the proposed zoning by law amendments in the Planning Department, Level 7 Whitby Municipal Building, 575 Rossland Road East, Whitby, On, L1N 2M8, during regular working hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30 pm.
