SGC Admin: Life is stressful, it can be trying and tiring, we run around in circles trying to get everything done, we try to please everyone, and in the midst of it all we forget about us. This can’t happen, if it does all those “important” things we feel have to get done will at some point fall by the way side when we get sick and overly tired, because at some point our body and perhaps our mind will shut us down…
However, there is a way of preventing ourselves from getting to the fall down point… Pamela Scott of Giraffe Techniques is a Therapeutic Touch Practitioner, a Natural/Spiritual Healer,and Hawaiian Reiki Master. In short Pamela is a healer and her passion is in helping others reach that point of peace within, in this way she can assist us in helping ourselves be the best we can be..

Brad Baker a young man and Oshawa Local is fighting the fight against Cancer.
Over the last few months Brad has undergone surgery and treatments, and he has been holding his own… But it’s a tough battle and he needs all the help he can get…. Brad is about to begin a new type of treatment, but still it remains questionable as to whether or not it will help him in the long run…
In the spirit of light and love, we ask healers and anyone else who wants to send out good vibes to do so as often and when ever they can over the next little while… Light that extra candle for Brad as you meditate or pray and let us have faith that what needs to be done will be done…
May we also offer up strength and light to Brad’s parents and family members who have been fighting this fight right along side him all the way…

The moon begins her renewal process once again on January 30 2014, that’s two new moons in the same month… :) we get an extra chance to start anew, or at least it seems that way.
Our lady settles in with the sign of Aquarius at 4:39 pm (eastern time).
When the moon visits with this “unpredictable” sign some of us may get the urge to do something exciting, out of character or daring… Personal freedom is essential to others, so watch for feelings of restriction, and don’t take it to heart too much should a loved one appear to be insensitive. Be careful of becoming fanatical or overly zealous about something or someone, and it might be a good idea to think twice before taking unnecessary risks… :)
