Taking Responsibility for Your Destiny
Answering the Call

Your destiny may be waiting for you
whether or not you meet your destiny is up to you.
Whether you believe it is your destiny to be a parent, an adventurer, an artist, a pioneer, or a spiritual guru, saying yes to your destiny is only the first step. While manifesting your destiny starts with knowing what you want and believing you can attain your goals, there are then the actions that must be taken and the decisions to be made before your destiny can truly happen. When you take responsibility for fulfilling your destiny and begin acting with the intention of doing so, you not only take fate into your own hands, but also you become the hands of your own fate. Doorways inevitably open for you to step through, and every choice you make can be a creative act toward realizing your goals and dreams. You begin to follow your instincts and intuition, recognize opportunities when they are presented to you, and seize those golden moments. You also begin to recognize the decisions that may not serve this greater picture and can more easily push them aside.
Remembering that the decision to fulfill your destiny is always a choice can be empowering. Knowing you are fulfilling your destiny because you want to, rather than because you have to, can make a huge difference. When you are freed from obligation, obstacles in your way become challenges to be overcome, and the journey becomes an adventure rather than the obligatory steps you are being forced to take. Your destiny may be waiting for you, but whether or not you meet your destiny is up to you. Your fate is in your hands.

“Dukale’s Dream is a truly inspiring documentary that uses an everyday product to really send a message…” Eli Ralston, Reel Deal
Hugh Jackman is an Academy Award® nominated, Golden Globe and Tony Award winning actor. From his turn on Broadway as the 1970’s singer/songwriter Peter Allen, to his metal claw-wielding Wolverine in the X-MEN franchise, Hugh Jackman has proven to be one of the most versatile actors of our time. In addition to his acting work, Hugh Jackman serves as an ambassador for World Vision Australia. In 1999, he traveled to Ethiopia to visit a community development Project and met a young coffee farmer named Dukale, working to lift his family out of poverty. Inspired by Dukale’s story, Hugh Jackman launched Laughing Man Coffee in 2011 to provide a marketplace for farmers in developing countries to sell their goods to consumers in the U.S.
As part of his ongoing commitment, Hugh Jackman contributes 100% of his profits to the Laughing Man Foundation, which he created to support educational programs, community development and social entrepreneurs around the world.
DUKALE’S DREAM a feature length documentary by Josh Rothstein about Hugh Jackman’s unlikely friendship with an Ethiopian coffee farmer named Dukale, who had grown up in poverty and was deprived of an education.
After working on Dukale’s farm, Hugh Jackman realized that something as simple as a cup of coffee could have a profound impact on global poverty. Hugh Jackman was so inspired by what he learned from Dukale that he made a promise to him and his family, sending him on a life-changing journey.
During an interview with Anderson Cooper, Hugh Jackman spoke about his experience in Ethiopia and how it was an all-around awakening experience. Hugh Jackman, an actor most famously known as Wolverine in the X-Men saga, during a trip to Ethiopia as an ambassador for World Vision Australia, along with his wife, Deborra-Lee Furness, discover the personal trials of a small community of Coffee growers in the Yirgacheffe region.
In the same interview, Hugh Jackman mentions the Paul Newman entrepreneurial Model, which is a new wave of Humanitarian entrepreneurship, and a different way to bring help and to develop poor communities around the world through a more transparent, conscious and sustainable way; under the banner of Fair Trade exchange and transactions.

In astrology, the moon is connected to our emotions and reactions… how we are feeling on a given day may well be influenced by the sign that is visiting the moon… Each sign stays with the moon for up to 2.5 days…. :)
There are times throughout the month when the moon isn’t fully immersed in any sign… this is when we say the moon is Void off Course… and when this occurs, we may feel “foggy” and “unfocused” … We may not be sure how we are truly feeling about a situation or a person…. Therefore it is not recommended that we make long-term commitments or important decision’s while the moon is Void off Course…. However there are 4 signs in the zodiac which may prove positive during the Void-off-Course moon…
Good for Void-Off-Course Moon:
These v/c signs may prove to be quite productive times.
There are other periods throughout the month that are known as opportunity periods, when it can prove to be a positive time for most people, however if you have challenging aspects happening within your own chart you may not be able to make use of opportunity periods.
Thanks to Jim Shawvan present day astrologer, William Lilly 17th century astrologer and Llewellyn’s Daily Planetary Guide for opportunity periods.
