- What’s being done: Various improvements to roads and side-walks and vehicle movement as follows:
- Reconstruct and urbanize (storm sewers, curb and gutter) Henry Street
- Construct new side walk on east side of Henry Street: Reconstruct side walk on west side of Henry Street
- Signalize the Henry/Burns intersection with new left turn lanes on each approach
- Replace existing water-main on Henry and on Arthur Street between Henry and King streets
- Replace existing sanitary sewer
- Reconstruct/Urbanize Arthur between Henry and Centre Streets, new side walk on North side on behalf of the town of Whitby (?)
