You don’t have to know how to drum to be part of this circle. We embrace the natural flow of free form drumming.There’s no right or wrong way to drum and no pressure to perform. Just let go and drum! Whitby In Bloom School Program:
Date: April 22 to April 26
This program, initiated by Whitby In Bloom, invites students to clean up their school yard. Students are also encouraged to participate in other activities such as litter-less lunch, school material recycling or book/toy swaps. Participating Schools receive Earth Day Certificates as well as environmentally themed book for their libraries to recognize their efforts.

Lisa says… This is the first time Powerhaus has done a full show at Scruffy Murphy’s, so we are hoping that you’ll come out and bring 100 of your closest friends and MAYBE they’ll decide to hire us back again. :)
WEYA is teaming up with the Town of Whitby, Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority, Starbucks, Justin’s No Frills and OntarioNature in holding this event.
Not just Tree Planting will be going on at this Earth loving event… but there will also be the following:
