SGC Admin: Julie Lockhart (Inner Jewels) very nicely recommended SGC to a fellow healer Rachelle Paquette who has since sent us the following information…
P.S. Rachelle recently informed us that this event is now a fundraiser “to support Alisha on her journey to recovery”.
Please contact Rachelle directly with your questions or to book your spot for this event.
Fall Equinox Celebration with Greg Bradshaw & Rachelle Paquette
September 20—22, 2013
Cost: $300.00 + HST (all-inclusive)
When days and nights are of equal length and the world finds balance for a breath of time, we can cultivate our own balance and reflect on the beauty of spirit within. Like our ancestors, we can connect to the ancient systems of Earth awareness and thru it, connect with the natural flow of Earth’s cycles.
The Fall Equinox is a time of ripening and harvesting and a time to turn our energy inward and cultivate balance. We reflect on what we’ve achieved during the busy, growing summer months and what we want to nurture during the cool and slow winter months ahead.
Come immerse yourself in this enchanting Fall Equinox weekend focused on bringing harmony and balance:
-
Experience giving and receiving Thai Yoga Massage – 2 hours hands-on workshop
-
Weave through a mixture of yoga classes from Gentle to invigorating Vinyasa flow; rejuvenate with a Restorative class
-
Practice surrender through meditation & pranyama
-
Laugh and explore through Sing Song celebration on Friday night / Kirtan celebration on Saturday night
-
Free time to explore and connect with nature
