Let out your inner drummer! We start with a meditation and then let the drumming take us on an energizing, music making journey which is never the same twice.  We embrace the natural flow of free form drumming. There’s no right or wrong or pressure to perform. Just let go and drum. Djembes, Native frame drums and rhythms instruments are welcomed. Some extra drums are available. Please reserve in advance.

…is an urban approach to Movement meant for Everyone who loves to dance without complicated choreography!  African, Funk, Latin and House music will inspire you to release tension and inhibitions.  Have fun with *ME  in a guided improvisational approach to teaching  that will have you moving the way you imagine your body to move!
