SGC Admin: Music is good for the soul and just seems to go with the warmer weather… :) So if time permits come on out and listen to the “Music in the Park” 2015 season..

Admission: Free: This is an outdoor event, please bring your own lawn chairs or blankets to sit on.

My farmers’ markets start Wednesday, June 3rd.

I’ll be at the Fairmount Park (Gerrard/Woodbine-Coxwell/Upper Beach-NEW) alternating weekly with the UofT Scarborough Campus (Military Trail/Ellesmere).

  • Wed. Jun 3rd at Fairmount Park,
  • Wed. Jun10 at UTSc, both run3-7pm.
  • Then at the Pickering Town Centre Farmers’ Market ETA Jun 23rd, 11am-6pm. Date to be confirmed.

I have 2 new stores offering my products. Both are in Uxbridge- :)

Pan Am Games 2015 Torch Relay Durham Region: Dates Torch arrives at each municaplity.

  • Event: Pan Am Games Torch Relay municipal arrival dates: 
  • Dates and Locations: 
  • June 5 2015: Oshawa and Clarington
  • June 6 2015: Ajax
  • June 8 2015: Port Perry, Whitby, Uxbridge and Brock
  • Some Facts: The torch will be carried by more than 60 modes of transportation: It will travel 5,000 kms by road and 15,000 kms by air. 41 days, 3,000 torch bearers each completing on average a 200 meter relay segment. 

Note: SGC will update times when the date drawers nearer if staff get wind of them… ;)
