Julie and friends start with a meditation and then let the drumming take them on an energizing, music making journey which is never the same twice. 

There’s no right or wrong or pressure to perform. Just let go and drum.

Djembes, Native frame drums and rhythms instruments are welcome.

Some extra drums are available. Please reserve.
