Camembert or Brie with Brown Sugar Pecans
Ingredients:
Camembert or Brie Cheese
1/4 cup of butter
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/4 cup of pecans
Method:
Brown the pecans in a pan with the butter and brown sugar until bubbling and the pecans are coated
Then slice off top of rind from cheese pour sauce over top. Place in the oven at 350 for 10 mins until nice and bubbly!
Serve with crackers and apples are nice!!!
