Ingredients:
Heat Oven to 350 and have all utensils/ingredients at the ready. ☺
You will Need:
3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened:
1/4 cup sugar:
2 cups all-purpose flour:
Method:
Cream butter and sugar and then work in the flour. If dough is too crumbly, mix in 1-2 tbsp of butter.
Roll dough 1/2 to 1/4 inch thick on lightly floured cloth-covered board.
Cut into small shapes. Place 1/2 inch apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake about 20 mins or until set. Immediately remove from baking sheet.
Makes about 2 dozen cookies
