January 19^th: Introductory Recreational Djembe Lessons: Julie Ditta:Whitby

Designed for adults, this is an eight-week introductory course for beginners on the West African djembe. Learn basic technique, handing and some simple rhythms. Explore the art of  improvised drumming in a group. No previous experience necessary. New session begins January 19

Time: 7:00 – 8:00 pm Thursday nights

Cost: $95.00: (Drums are available to borrow for $10.00 a session)

Advance English Academy opens its doors to the public this month. This new private school for English is located in Ajax, its goal is to provide English lessons to both new comers to Canada along with offering services for those already here who may wish to brush up on their English skills.
