Slow Cooker Southwest Chicken Chili….

Ingredients needed: 
1 kg boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1- inch (2.5 cm) pieces 2 lbs.
1 medium onion, chopped 1
1 can (540 mL) black beans, rinsed and drained 1
1 can (540 mL) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1
2 cans (398 mL ea.) diced tomatoes, undrained 2
1 pot Knorr® Homestyle Stock Chicken 1
30 mL chili powder 2 Tbsp.
 
Method: 
 
Combine all ingredients except cilantro in slow cooker. Cook covered on HIGH 4 hours or LOW 8 hours. Serve if desired, with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and chopped cilantro.
 
Nutritional Information: Per serving: 290 calories, 6 g total fat (1.5 g saturated fat, 0 g trans fat), 90 mg cholesterol, 1060 mg sodium, 28 g carbohydrate, 9 g fibre, 5 g sugars, 32 g protein. % DV: 15% vitamin A, 35% vitamin C, 8% calcium, 20% iron
