Recipe: Knorr Slow Cooker Southwest Chicken Chili

Slow Cooker Southwest Chicken Chili….

|1 kg||boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1- inch (2.5 cm) pieces||2 lbs.|
|1||medium onion, chopped||1|
|1||can (540 mL) black beans, rinsed and drained||1|
|1||can (540 mL) red kidney beans, rinsed and drained||1|
|2||cans (398 mL ea.) diced tomatoes, undrained||2|
|1||pot Knorr® Homestyle Stock Chicken||1|
|30 mL||chili powder||2 Tbsp.|
Combine all ingredients except cilantro in slow cooker. Cook covered on HIGH 4 hours or LOW 8 hours. Serve if desired, with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and chopped cilantro.
